CGW is committed to delivering the highest quality service to our customers. Our core team represents a solid software engineering background and we are very familiar with the evolution of software development processes defined by the MIL STD 2167 to the current overall system process approach as defined by the Carnegie Mellon Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) process. Our quality assurance process is heavily leveraged on those principals of continual improvement of existing processes. Through documented processes applied by highly skilled and talented individuals embracing technological advances, CGW provides customers with quality service and customer satisfaction.

Prior to accepting a task order, CGWs Chief Operations Officer (COO) assigns a Primary Investigator (PI) responsible for assessing task requirements and developing the proposal and schedule. The SeaPort-e Program Manager (PM) reviews the proposal and identifies resources and insures their availability to support the task. The COO evaluates the proposal, work breakdown schedule, and quality processes shall verify accuracy and insure quality metrics are instantiated.

After accepting a task order, quality of service is monitored by the PM assigned, through metrics established for the project. Metrics are retained for each project and available at the customer’s request. In order to provide the highest quality of service additional metrics are added as required insuring the needs of the customer are met and all qualitative performance is measurable.
